I’m Noreen Pickering, an SEO and digital marketing consultant based in Belfast with over 20 years’ experience. I work with businesses across Northern Ireland, Ireland, and the UK, helping them get found online and turn that visibility into leads and sales.
I take on one client per niche in each local area. That means your SEO work never competes against itself. My Approach to SEO & Digital Marketing
I start with your data, not assumptions. Every engagement begins with an audit of where things stand: your website, your Google visibility, your competitors, your content. From there I build a plan specific to your business, your market, and your budget. You know what I am doing, why I am doing it, and what results it is producing. No black hat tactics, no bought links, no shortcuts. Everything I do follows Google’s guidelines and is built to last.
Search is changing. Google’s AI Overviews now sit above traditional results on many searches, and a growing number of people search directly in tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. Experience
I co-founded Elemental Creative, Northern Ireland’s first integrated digital and UX consultancy. Over the years I have worked with organisations including Barclaycard, Selfridges, Safeway, O2, Tesco, Ericsson, and the Game of Thrones Studio Tour, alongside hundreds of SMEs across hospitality, financial services, engineering, technology, telecommunications, education, and the public sector.
My current client work covers SEO, AI search readiness, content strategy, and digital mentoring for businesses at every stage, from sole traders applying for Go Succeed support through to established companies with in-house marketing teams.
Mentoring Experience
I’ve delivered SEO and digital marketing mentoring and training through Go Succeed NI, Innovate NI, InterTradeIreland, Women in Business NI, NORIBIC, and Alchemy Digital Training. I also teach SEO and Paid Search at Level 4 and Level 6 for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Training now includes AI search and generative engine optimisation (GEO) as a core topic alongside traditional SEO and paid search.
