What a Typical Month Looks Like

Every client’s package is different, but here’s how it usually works. At the start, I carry out a full review of your website, your Google visibility, and your competitors. From that, I build a monthly plan covering the areas where your business will get the most return.
A typical month might include writing and publishing two blog posts, updating key pages for SEO, checking your Google Search Console for errors, reviewing your local search performance, and sending you a report showing what’s changed and why it matters.
I schedule a monthly catch-up (call or Zoom) to walk through progress, answer questions, and agree priorities for the next month. You always know what I’m working on and why.

How is this service priced?

I don’t offer bronze, silver, or gold packages. Instead, I price by the day. We agree how many days per month your business needs, and I fill those days with the work that will make the biggest difference. That might be two days a month for a small local business, or five days for someone who needs more content and more intensive SEO work.

This keeps the service affordable for smaller businesses without cutting corners. A two-day client gets the same quality of work as a five-day client. The only difference is the volume.

It depends on your business, but a typical package includes ongoing SEO work (keyword tracking, on-page improvements, technical fixes), content creation (blog posts, page updates), Google Search Console and Analytics monitoring, competitor checks, and a monthly report. Some clients also include social media management or Google Ads. We agree the mix at the start and adjust it as your needs change.

I start with a conversation about your business, your goals, and where your marketing stands today. I then review your website, your Google visibility, and your main competitors. From that, I put together a recommended monthly plan with clear priorities and pricing. There’s no obligation at this stage.

Month to month. There’s no minimum term and no lock-in. You can adjust the scope up or down, or stop entirely, with 30 days notice.

A monthly report covering what was worked on, key metrics (rankings, traffic, any technical issues found and fixed), and planned priorities for the next month. I also schedule a monthly call or Zoom to walk through it together. You can contact me at any point between reports if you have questions.
